Pentewan Old Cornwall Society starts its 64th year of meetings in the village on Monday 17th September 2018 commencing at 7.30pm in the village hall. There will be the Annual General Meeting, which includes the Recorders Report of the last twelve months in the village, and this will be followed by a short film about Henry Jenner 1848-1934 who campaigned to get Cornwall recognised as a Celtic nation and prove Cornish is a living language.
Guess what, its Morris Men evening again!! It comes round faster and faster each year! It’s on Thursday 26th July in the Square stalls at 6,30pm and Morris Men dance at 8pm.
So as usual we are relying on your generosity to donate raffle prizes, items for the tombola, cakes and savouries for the cake stall, bric-a-brac, and because the book stall needs a bit
